Monterrey Tile, a leader in the tile and stone industry. We are currently looking for FULL-TIME Order Desk Clerk to join our team at our Chandler location.

  • Start pay $18 or DOE
  • Paid Weekly!
  • Company-paid benefits for employees after 90 days

Essential Duties :

  • Handle incoming customer calls and responds to email
  • Take phone orders and collaborate with Sales and Warehouse staff to meet customer needs
  • Top customer service and professional attitude

    • Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Minimum two years’ order taking / customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word
  • Interpersonal skills for problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
