This opportunity is with a reputable business services company specializing in construction projects. As a medium-sized organization, they are known for their expertise in the industry and their commitment to delivering high-quality results for their clients.

Manage daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Develop and manage 4-week look-ahead and schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Oversee the quality of construction work to meet project specifications and client expectations. Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to address any challenges. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.

A successful Superintendent - Public Sector :

• Proven experience in managing construction projects, specifically within the education, federal, or municipal sectors.
• Preferred 15-20+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Proven success with $20M+ ground-up commercial projects
• LEAN and LEED experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A solution-oriented mindset to address and resolve challenges on-site efficiently.
