Customer Service Representative

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for a financial services company in Delaware County. Answer incoming calls from customers, address questions about services, and facilitate financial transactions. Provide support to customers in accessing online and web-based software.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, some Saturdays

Pay Rate : $20 / hour

Job Requirements : High School diploma required. Previous customer service experience required.
