Key Responsibilities
Analyze current processes and provide recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with department leaders on reporting and process improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain KPI reporting in collaboration with department managers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst
Prior experience with SQL and report writing
Expertise in MS Office and VBA, especially Access
General familiarity with project management methodologies
