Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document care in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions effectively.
• Assess and evaluate patients' needs and their responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications—both over-the-counter and prescription—as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high professional nursing standards.
