A company is looking for a Sr Director, Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support on corporate finance and governance matters

Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and finance agreements

Maintain corporate legal entity structure, compliance, and governance

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Membership in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar

12+ years of in-house legal practice experience

Expertise in corporate finance and governance

General compliance legal experience
