[job_card.job_description]Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face phone and email interactions Support sales growth by maintaining accounts and communicating product launches promotions and services Execute all aspects of the sales function including order processing purchase orders payment processing quotes and delivery schedules Generate new and repeat sales by providing accurate product and technical information Assist with warranties returns and problem resolution in collaboration with the Branch Manager Experience in customer service inside sales or order management (HVAC knowledge preferred) Familiarity with HVAC equipment / products and ability to explain technical information clearly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word) and database applications Strong organisational multitasking and time management skills Excellent communication skills (phone email and face-to-face) with ability to manage high-volume customer traffic
Job Description
Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative / Salesperson required to join a leading HVAC Supplier.
Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative / Salesperson will be responsible for handling customer needs processing orders providing product information and ensuring a smooth sales process across face-to-face phone and email interactions.
An ideal Counter Sales / Inside Sales Representative / Salesperson will be customer-focused highly organised and capable of managing sales transactions while maintaining positive dealer and client relationships.

- $40000 - $55000 performance incentives
