Position : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location : St. Louis, MO

Description :

Join our dynamic team as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our St. Louis, MO office. We are a national general contractor specializing in commercial projects, and we are seeking a skilled financial leader to contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the organization.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership in decision-making processes.
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand and analyze the cost of labor and materials associated with large construction projects.

Preferred Experiences :

  • CPA or Equivalent Certification : A strong background as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is preferred.
  • Construction Industry Expertise : Proven experience in financial management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Rapid Growth Environments : Previous success in financial leadership roles within rapidly growing organizations.
