Job Description

DBA Construction, Inc. is now hiring a Mobile Mechanic to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing various Heavy equipment / trucks and vehicle systems.

Responsibilities :

  • Inspect / repair brake systems, steering mechanisms, transmissions, engines, and other parts of trucks.
  • Repair experience with various CAT earthmoving and other related heavy equipment
  • Use different tools and equipment, such as pressure gauges, pneumatic wrenches, welding equipment, screwdrivers, hoists, jacks, to repair trucks while constantly utilizing safety procedures.
  • Perform routine heavy equipment maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and parts.
  • Diagnose malfunctions in defective equipment by inspecting and testing using devices such as motor analyzers and handheld computers to determine how to address problems.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a Heavy diesel / truck mechanic
  • Knowledge of shop equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Have a clean driving record
