SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking Staff Physical Therapists and Clinic Directors throughout Connecticut to support our 2026 expansion. Whether you’re an experienced director seeking a Clinic Director opportunity, or a career-minded Staff Physical Therapist seeking true accelerated growth opportunity into a Clinic Director role, you’ll find it here at SportsMed! SportsMed Physical Therapy is a leading outpatient physical therapy practice in the Northeast. We are a multidisciplinary practice, which allows us to provide high-quality comprehensive care for all patients that we treat. Our facilities feature state of the art equipment for the effective treatment of a variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries.

    • Qualifications

  • Connecticut Physical Therapist License
  • New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are Welcome!
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

    • Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
  • Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
  • Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
  • Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
  • Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
  • Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
