A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Security Specialist to manage and optimize security across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and manage HCM Security Console roles across all HCM modules
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and perform periodic access reviews and audits
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field
3-7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security Administration
Strong understanding of Oracle Security Console and role provisioning workflows
Hands-on experience across multiple HCM modules
Knowledge of data privacy, SOX, and audit compliance frameworks
