Key Responsibilities

• Generate ideas and advance stories for WBUR’s morning news team.
• Conduct desk reporting and interview newsmakers and other news sources.
• Write stories primarily for broadcast and occasionally for digital platforms.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines in early morning hours.

Capabilities & Proficiencies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on‑the‑job experience; 1‑3 years of related experience required. Working hours are 4 : 30 AM – 12 : 30 PM. This role is primarily in‑office, with some opportunities for remote work.
