Requirements :

• At least 10 or more years’ experience in residential / commercial maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to generate accurate estimates
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
• A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with the client to understand their needs.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a  background check and drug screen
