Plant Manager

Unitex is currently seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the production team in our industrial plant located in Newburgh NJ.

The salary range for this position is $100000 to $110000 (plus bonus). Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience seniority location and other permissible job-related factors.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 6 : 45 AM start - completion of work

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ADDITIONAL HOURS WHEN NEEDED.

Job Responsibilities :

• Maintain individual and department performance at established standards
• Directly manage two Assistant Plant Managers and four Production Supervisors and all plant employees
• Ensure production levels and productivity goals are achieved
• Maintain daily reports
• Hire Train and discipline employees as a means for achieving goals
• Oversees high level of quality of product being sent to customers
• Ensure that Unitex policies and procedures are implemented and followed
