Role : Cloud Operations SME.
Location : Remote.
Duration : Long Term Contract.
Job Description :
- They would need to work on regular operational tasks (& dirty work as the client calls in his interview) which forms majority of their day-today work.
- Working on Service-Now tickets (OS level & Cloud level troubleshooting / Remediating vulnerabilities) & adhering to SLAs.
- Creating & Implementing change controls responding to RCA.
- Commission / Decommission of Cloud Resources.
- Planned DR activities with different application teams.
- Cleanups and cost-optimization analysis and implementation.
- Cloud Migrations and Site externalizations.
- Backups / Patching of instances and resources.
- Good Windows / Linux troubleshooting .
- Automations and PoCs.
- Adhering to all documentation standards else a lot of re-work has to be done.
