    • We're looking for a motivated, talented, energetic, and intelligent candidate that we are willing to train and educate to be successful for a long term career. We are an established insurance brokerage company endorsed by Dave Ramsey. We get most of our clients from "The Dave Ramey Show" and a number of churches. Our team believes in the success of our company, making a positive impact in families by helping them save money or get better insurance plans. Join our team and see your potential grow.

    Frequent activities will include :

  • Writing new business each month for home and auto insurance and life insurance
  • Doing 4-5 phone appointments with new clients daily.
  • Serving our current clients in 10 states.
  • Use Excel and other Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn multiple software programs and communication methods.
  • Synergizing with other team members to help the company grow.

    • Your greatest asset to success will be maintaining good communication and bringing a positive attitude with you every day!

    The right applicant for this role has the following :

  • Desire to grow business in the Home and Auto Insurance industry.
  • Enjoys working as a team
  • Lives in Colorado, USA
  • Great communication skills over the phone.
  • Experience with Safeco or Travelers insurance is a plus.
  • Great follow up skills.
  • Hungry to establish themselves in a long term career.

    • Benefits :

  • $35,000 Base salary plus commissions. $70,000 + yearly income potential based on production requirements.
  • Paid time off.
  • Paid Holidays off.
  • Health Reimbursement after 90 days of employment.
  • Retirement co-pay after 90 days of employment
