Key Responsibilities
Make 80-100 outbound calls per day to existing customers
Receive and respond to emails promptly
Answer customer questions and provide guidance through the KYC process
Qualifications
Must reside in New York State
Previous call center experience required
Bilingual (French / English) preferred but not required
No degree required
