A company is looking for a Capital Markets Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structuring and execution of capital raising activities, including securitizations and warehouse facilities
Develop advanced financial and cash flow models to evaluate funding structures and returns
Prepare investor materials and engage in discussions with investors, banks, and rating agencies
Required Qualifications
6 to 10 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or related fields
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Experience in structured finance transactions
Understanding of capital markets and securitization concepts
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
