  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Warmly greet and assist patients as they arrive
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage patient records and handle confidential information with care
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Handle billing and insurance processing
  • Support patient reactivation efforts
  • Enroll patients in dental treatments
  • Be coachable
  • Be open to continuous and never ending improvement
