Join EOS the world leader in industrial 3D printing as an Order Processing Specialist in Novi, MI. In this role, youll be a key member of our Order Processing Systems Team, responsible for managing customer orders for systems and accessories from purchase order through to invoicing. Youll build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring all order documentation is accurate, technically sound, and compliant with legal requirements. Were looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused to help us deliver excellence in every order.

Your Mission

Oversee end-to-end processing of systems and accessories orders for both domestic and international customers.

Conduct formal reviews of system orders, contracts, and related sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate order preparation, shipping, and export / customs controls to ensure timely deliveryworking closely with Sales, distributors, customers, and logistics partners.

Manage payment terms, issue milestone invoices, and monitor payment status.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Prepare weekly reports on system order status and track departmental KPIs.

Manage inventory for systems and accessories to support order fulfillment.

Perform month-end processing tasks, including delivery note and invoice reconciliation.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for order processing activities.

Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Your Talents

Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar operational environment.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration preferred.

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel to other corporate sites up to 34 times per year.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems in complex situations.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Flexibility to work overtime when required.
