Your Mission

As the Director of Supply Chain at True Anomaly, you will report to the COO and be a strategic partner in enabling the pace, precision, and volume production required to deliver our space-superiority products. You will architect and mature a supply chain ecosystem built on deep industry partnerships, data-driven decision-making, and disciplined execution.

You will also shape a service-oriented supply chain organizationone that anticipates needs, solves problems before they surface, and provides exceptional support to engineering, programs, production, and mission operations. This leader will recruit, develop, and empower a world-class team of supply chain managers, subcontract managers, and purchasing professionals who understand that their work exists to enable the entire company to deliver.
