Position Summary

1-2 Days Per Week at East Valley Locations

This position performs a variety of diagnostic radiography imaging procedures to provide data for diagnosis and monitoring of disease and injuries in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technologies and performs duties in a range of acute care pediatric-centered settings.

Education

  • Certificate or diploma from an approved / accredited school of Radiology program (Required)
  • Additional related education and / or experience (Preferred)

Experience

  • Pediatric experience (Preferred)
  • Familiar with the surgical environment (Preferred)

    • Certifications

  • Current ARRT registration (Required)
  • Current Arizona Department of Health Services Medical Radiologic Technologists License : CertifiedRadiologic Technologist (Required)
  • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association (Required)

    • Special Skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment, inter-departmental and inter-organizational, as well asindependently to provide the best of care through effective communication and operational efficiency. (Required)
