• Note : This role is only open to those who have served in the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent role for the last 3 years or more, specifically building Groundup Multifamily Construction (apartments and / or condo builds, etc). Please only apply if that applies to you, thanks! Must also have good tenure at previous employers.

We are a highly reputable Luxury Multi-Family developer that specializes in high-end communities and currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent for our groundup Multifamily project in the greater Dallas area. With numerous projects in the pipeline for years to come and major growth opportunities we wish to take advantage of throughout the Dallas market, we are actively looking to take on a hard-working, experienced, and reliable Assistant Superintendent to assist the team so if that's you, we look forward to hearing from you!
