Marketing Specialist

Our financial services client is searching for a Marketing Specialist. This role supports planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and communications programs to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. Collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams, you'll deliver impactful campaigns aligned with business goals. Duration: 3 months to start; approximately 20hrs/week Location: Hybrid; Denver, CO

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with webinars, podcasts, and thought leadership initiatives

- Support internal/external communications (emails, newsletters, branding)

- Track and analyze marketing metrics; prepare performance reports

- Manage leads and maintain CRM/automation data hygiene

- Support digital marketing campaigns, landing pages, and ad updates

- Assist with events and miscellaneous marketing tasks

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- 2-5 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)

- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics

- Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills

- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, ABM, and basic design tools a plus

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
