Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00am-2 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $26 / hr - $30 / hr (depending on experience)

Location : Dayton, Ohio 45404

Experience : 3+ Years of CMM Programming experience, Preferred experience with Mitutoyo Mcosmos.

In this role, you will ensure every part leaving the facility is built to exact specifications.

Programming : Prepare CMM programs from CAD data and prints for component parts and assemblies.

Inspection : Perform 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections.

Data Management : Prepare data for PPAP and FAI submissions, manage CMM traceability reports, and perform gauge studies

Leadership : Train and develop junior staff to promote department growth and participate in APQP problem-solving.  Key Qualifications

Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of CMM measuring devices and software (Mitutoyo Mcosmos preferred).

Tool Proficiency : Experience with mics, calipers, surface testers, height gauges, and Faro Arms.

Precision Skills : Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) and mechanical capacity.
