Flyway Brewing Server

Crafting Exceptional Experiences, One Guest at a Time

Servers at Flyway Brewing are more than just order takerstheyre storytellers, guides, and the heartbeat of the guest experience. A great server knows how to engage, read a tables energy, and curate an experience that keeps people coming back. If youre passionate about food, beer, wine, and spiritsand youre the kind of person who lights up a roomwe want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and maintain a gracious, welcoming presence throughout service
  • Master the food and beverage menu to provide thoughtful recommendations and upsells
  • Personalize each interaction to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Execute proper steps of service with professionalism and consistency
  • Accurately input orders and handle payments using our POS system
  • Assist in other service areas as needed (e.g. running food, bussing tables)
  • Maintain deep knowledge of menu ingredients and allergens; communicate effectively with the kitchen team
  • Fully open and close assigned section and complete all side work
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management

  • Must have reliable transportation, and weekend / holiday availability
