Essential Job Duties
- Engage and Connect – Build rapport with vacation owners to understand their needs and concerns.
- Present Tailored Solutions – Offer customized vacation ownership options that align with customer preferences.
- Turn Objections into Opportunities – Identify why a customer initially declined and confidently present alternative solutions.
- Stay Informed and Ahead – Keep up with the latest inventory, promotions, and industry trends to offer the best options.
- Refine Your Skills – Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to continuously sharpen your expertise.
- Drive Sales Success – Consistently meet and exceed performance targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
