Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Comply with departmental Business Rules and Standard Operating Procedures

Review and research insurance follow-up and denied claims using multiple systems

Communicate and collaborate with departments to resolve claims errors and issues

Required Qualifications

6+ months of experience in Collections, Billing, or Healthcare Claims

Experience using computer and Windows PC applications

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Ability to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours

Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
