Key Responsibilities
Lead program and project management efforts to ensure timely execution of sales initiatives
Drive strategic planning and goal management in partnership with Sales leadership
Manage reporting and performance analysis to guide data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Business Operations, or similar role in IT services or consulting
Strong organizational and workload management skills
Proven ability to work with financial and performance data, with advanced Excel skills
Expertise in project and program management with a track record of cross-functional initiatives
High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
