Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee its accounting function and support financial operations as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end close processes and produce GAAP-compliant financial statements

Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with ASC 606 standards

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic financial decisions

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience in a healthcare environment, with at least 2 years in a high-growth startup

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Expert-level Excel / Google Sheets skills and proficiency with QuickBooks Online

Proven ability to provide financial insights and strategic analysis

Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management
