A company is looking for a VP of Growth Marketing to lead customer acquisition and monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies across product-led and enterprise channels

Build and optimize multi-channel customer acquisition initiatives

Design and implement programs for activation, conversion, upsell, and retention

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years in growth leadership at high-growth SaaS companies

Proven track record of scaling self-serve products to significant ARR

Expertise in demand generation and product-led growth experimentation

Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary growth teams

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in growth metrics and data tools
