Responsibilities

As a Welder/Millwright, you will:

• Perform professional stick, MIG, and TIG welding on industrial projects

• Handle millwright tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accuracy and precision in all work

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment by following safety standards

• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and meet production goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should bring:

• Proficiency in stick, MIG, and TIG welding (helpers are not being considered)

• Previous welding or millwright experience in an industrial environment

• Ability to work weekends, with two weekdays off during the week

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Comfort with completing a written test and weld test during the hiring process

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $18 – $24 per hour, based on experience

• Full-time schedule, weekends required with two weekdays off
