Picker / Packer

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated Picker / Packer to join our bustling warehouse operations in Dallas, Texas. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking items from our inventory and meticulously packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency directly impact our customer satisfaction and the smooth running of our logistics network. This is a hands-on position requiring speed, accuracy, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities :

• Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves accurately based on pick lists or electronic scanners.
• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
• Pack orders efficiently and securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify order accuracy against customer requirements.
• Apply shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all regulations.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the proper use of required PPE.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
• Assist with inventory control tasks such as cycle counts when required.
