4M Dental Implant Center is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, patient-focused Bilingual Dental Front Desk to join our team in our beautiful location in Anaheim Hills, CA. This role is key to ensuring an exceptional patient experience, from the first phone call to the completion of treatment. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations while providing support in facilitating patient care.

Front Desk Administration :

• Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider time.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the practice management system.
• Collect and post payments, verify insurance, and handle billing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office confidentiality standards.
