Job Summary : Elara Caring is seeking a Staffing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day scheduling and dispatching of caregivers in our high-volume Personal Care Services department. The ideal candidate will manage the dispatch team responsible for routing caregivers for recurring and short-term appointments, ensuring efficient service delivery and optimal caregiver productivity. This role involves monitoring real-time field activity, providing guidance to staff, and collaborating closely with operations leadership to achieve service goals. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and excellent communication across phone, digital, and in-person channels are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily scheduling and high-volume dispatching of caregivers across multiple service areas.
• Ensure schedules align with client needs and care plans, while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency coverage efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate caregiver availability records and optimize staff utilization.
• Serve as the primary contact for caregivers and clients regarding scheduling updates.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to identify staffing trends, anticipate shortages, and implement proactive solutions.
• Accurately document schedule updates and staffing actions in the scheduling system.
• Partner with HR and Recruiting to support onboarding, availability updates, and retention strategies.
• Train and support dispatch staff; provide guidance to caregivers on scheduling concerns professionally.
• Participate in weekend / holiday rotations and after-hours / on-call coverage as required.
• Promote Elara Caring's philosophy, mission, and policies to ensure quality of care.
• Maintain patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
