• Location : Marin County - San Rafael, Novato
• Pay : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, pay increase after you get your RBT certification!
• Job Type : PART-TIME (10 hours - 25+ hours per week)
• Schedule : Monday to Sunday, anywhere from 8AM-8 : 00PM. Preference is given to candidates with availability 2 : 00-8 : 00pm
• Work Setting : Home-based care

What You’ll Be Doing :

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Trainee , you will provide direct, 1 : 1 behavioral support to children with autism or other disabilities in their homes. Your role will involve implementing individualized behavioral programs, collecting data on client progress, and working closely with families to ensure a positive and supportive environment. This is a fantastic entry-level position for anyone interested in psychology, education, social work, therapy, or special education. You'll be making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families!

We’ll pay you for your 40 hours of training, and once you pass the RBT exam, we’ll cover the cost! You’ll have access to online training, session overlaps, and hands-on support to help you prepare. Certification must be completed within 90 to 180 days of your start date.

This job requires reliable transportation and a driver's license.

If using your vehicle for work, we will need an auto insurance policy with your name on it. In the absence of a driver's license, you will have to submit a government-issued ID.
