About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Orthopedic Surgery MD in Iowa!

We’re seeking a  Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon  for a  full-time locum opportunity  in  Mason City, Iowa , starting  July 1, 2025  and ongoing. 2 weeks coverage required per month.

Clinic : Mon–Fri, 8a–5p

Call : 24-hour orthopedic / trauma call (inpatient, ED consults, OR)

Pay : $400 / hr (clinic) | $3200 per 24-hr call

Large regional hub hospital serving 16 counties (pop. 200,000+)

Mix of clinical, surgical, and trauma coverage

EMR : GE Centricity - (clinic), Epic - (hospital)

Support staff : 4 MDs, 7 APPs, 3 cast techs, nurses, schedulers

Teaching opportunities with IM / FM residents and PA students

Board Certified

Active IA license or IMLC

Clean malpractice history
