Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to create a therapeutic environment for patients and families. Lead safety initiatives and support shared governance in the nursing practice. Participate in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes. Minimum of 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry nursing (2 years preferred). Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and current BLS certification. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate effective communication skills.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Shift Details :
- 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
- 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule
- 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule
- 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)
Compensation : Pay range is $37.50 - $56.25, with opportunities for additional bonuses and pay increments based on performance.
