Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
Develop holistic care plans based on patient needs and recognize emergencies
Demonstrate critical thinking and adaptability in patient interactions
Required Qualifications
Master of Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) accepted in lieu of MSW
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to manage cases holistically in a collaborative, remote setting
Strong critical thinking skills
Flexibility in work schedule, with Monday to Friday availability
