HVAC / R Service Technician — Syracuse, NY

As we grow, we’re looking for skilled technicians who want to build their careers with a trusted, family-oriented company.

What You’ll Do :

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC / R systems (rooftop units, chillers, refrigeration systems, etc.).
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
  • Diagnose issues accurately and provide clear repair recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain detailed service reports and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
  • Support installation projects and system upgrades as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and uphold company standards of workmanship.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC / R service experience (commercial / industrial preferred).
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    This position is based in Syracuse, NY. You’ll work locally while being supported by our Buffalo headquarters.
