Private Equity Associate Attorney
Location : Boston, Denver, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles (Santa Monica), New York, Reston, San Francisco
Practice Area : Private Equity
Direct Counsel is seeking a Private Equity Associate to join a top Am Law 50 firm. This role offers the opportunity to work with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in a highly regarded corporate practice.
Key Responsibilities :
- Transaction Management – Oversee private equity and M&A transactions from inception to closing.
- Drafting & Negotiation – Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements, merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements, and other transaction documents.
- Client Advisory – Act as a strategic advisor, collaborating closely with clients on deal execution.
- Project Leadership – Manage deal workflow and coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
