Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager / Manager Tax Incentives to lead client delivery and help scale a growing advisory practice. You’ll join a firm serving privately held and VC / PE-backed companies nationwide, with real visibility, strong mentorship, and clear runway for advancement. This is an end-to-end leadership role—owning engagements, developing teams, and helping build a modern, process-driven practice in a remote-flexible environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead R&D Tax Credit studies from kickoff through delivery
- Manage timelines, documentation, and client communications
- Supervise and develop project teams (typically 2–5 contributors)
- Improve processes and help scale a growing practice
- Support growth through upsell / cross-sell and technical sales support
