Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Reno, Nevada. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of vital client data. If you have strong typing skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Input and update large volumes of client data into internal systems with precision and accuracy.
  • Perform numerical and alphabetical data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Review and verify information for consistency and completeness before submission.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met for data processing tasks.
  • Manage updates to client records, including wage rates and other critical details.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling data.
  • Organize and prioritize data entry assignments to maximize productivity.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues related to data entry systems and report any discrepancies.
  • Follow company procedures and standards to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Proficient in numeric and alphabetical typing with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with computer-based data entry systems and software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for resolving minor system issues.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members.
