You will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Join our Internal Float Pool and make a difference every day. Your responsibilities will include :

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees :

Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Ability to deliver holistic patient care, make critical decisions, and maintain effective communication skills while managing organizational tasks in a collaborative environment.

Certification Addendum :

Team members are required to meet annual educational standards for hospital-based certifications (e.g. DNV, CARF or others).
