DrSnip is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician (M.D. or D.O.) to serve as the Lead Vasectomy Specialist for our newest clinic. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on patient care with leadership by helping launch, shape, and grow a new clinic using DrSnip’s proven playbook for success.

In this role, you will provide patient consultations, perform no-needle, no-scalpel vasectomies, and deliver attentive follow-up care. As the physician leader of a patient-focused practice, you’ll have the chance to shape a new clinic, build lasting community impact, and transform the lives of patients and their families .

Position Highlights

✅ Flexible Scheduling – Part-time and full-time positions available (minimum 2-3 days per week), including on-call support for your patients

✅ 100% Outpatient Practice – No hospital rounds, allowing for work-life balance

✅ Specialized Training – Hands-on training in DrSnip’s advanced no-needle, no-scalpel vasectomy technique

✅ Clinic Launch Leadership – Lead the opening of a new DrSnip clinic and guide its growth with full operational and team support

✅ Dedicated Support Team – Work alongside experienced medical assistants and office staff to ensure smooth, efficient procedures and a high-quality patient experience

What We’re Looking For

Medical Degree : M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution

Licensure : Valid Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)

Certifications : Current DEA registration with full prescriptive authority

Experience : Prior vasectomy experience is highly preferred but not required (urology specialization not necessary)

Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset ; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, specialized setting

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Fee-for-Service Model – Earn based on procedures performed

Guaranteed Minimum Compensation – During first 12 months (which include 2-3 months of dedicated training and clinic ramp up)
