A company is looking for a Software Architect to lead their Software team in the Technology department.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex software development initiatives and ensure effective team coordination
Mentor team members and manage project processes while maintaining communication with stakeholders
Oversee code quality, maintainability, and resource allocation among team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Informatics, or a related field
5-6 years of experience in software development
Experience with Java Spring, Microservices, and related frameworks
Familiarity with Linux / Windows servers, relational databases, and ITSM tools
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and web service integration
