Transaction Advisory Manager

A company is looking for a Transaction Advisory Manager specializing in Due Diligence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute due diligence engagements, including financial analysis and risk assessment

Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, providing recommendations on deal structuring

Oversee project scheduling, develop staff, and ensure adherence to professional standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

6+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in due diligence

In-depth knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles

Extensive project management experience, including planning and coordinating teams

Preferred : CPA, ASA, CFA, or ABV certification
