Shipping Clerk

Hours : 8am-4 : 30pm

We are seeking experienced Shipping Clerks for a 1st shift Shipping Administrator role. This position combines shipping and warehouse support with administrative responsibilities. Qualified candidates should be comfortable handling tasks such as answering and transferring phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, entering and processing orders, scheduling deliveries, managing the warehouse management system (WMS), and maintaining accurate inventory records. Shipping Admin Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Sort, route, and process customer orders by carrier and destination
• File and maintain accurate records of completed and shipped orders
• Route Ship Sure orders and ensure timely and accurate handling
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Receive, review, and respond to emails related to shipping and receiving activities
• Schedule and coordinate freight carriers as required
• Perform routine system tasks within BPCS, including checking locations, allocations, and verifying inventory accuracy
