HR Analyst / Project Coordinator

HR Analyst / Project Coordinator Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for an HR Analyst / Project Coordinator on behalf of our respected client located in the Albany, NY area. This is a full-time, contract position with a well-established organization! Duties and Responsibilities : Assist in staff augmentation process Enter data in Sales Force software Work with managers and vendors Assist in Bid process and review Work with Vendors regarding bid submissions Work with internal and external teams regarding bids Manage content management to extract data Perform onboarding and off boarding duties Assist with timesheet reconciliation Assist with staffing agency processes Assist with Talent Acquisition scope Assist managers with contract / temp roles Perform project coordination Experience and Skills Required : Work with HRIS / Sales Force / People Soft / ERP Must be detailed oriented Experience with contracts, procurement, and bidding process Finance experience is a plus Experience working with vendors and management of contracts Experience with compliance and budgets preferred Position Details : 37.5 hours per week Position is located on-site in Colonie, NY Temporary / Contract position Duration 1-2 years Pay Rate : $25-$32 hourly Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
