[job_card.job_description]CPA certification Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s in Taxation or MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in a tax role, preferably with a public accounting firm or a large corporation Extensive knowledge of Pass-thru entities (S corp and Partnership) and high-net-worth individuals Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax liability Oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns, including corporate, partnership, and sales tax Lead and coordinate tax audits and liaise with tax authorities Experience with tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with tax software and reporting tools
